Beth, a young veterinary college student, becomes homeless and cannot pay her tuition or bills. Forced to drop out, she ends up on the street in an unhoused persons encampment. Here, she meets interesting characters that are generous with her and help her out in her lowest times, despite also not having much. Beth goes on a journey of perseverance and learns the value of community.
